Alicia Kilburn

Alicia joined Majesco in June 2021 and is currently the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for the full scope of human capital disciplines for Majesco’s worldwide workforce and for transforming the company’s strategy for discovering, attracting, developing and retaining exceptional talent.

Alicia previously worked at Jabil, where she led Learning and Development for Jabil’s largest manufacturing segment in addition to a leadership position for Jabil’s corporate functions. Prior to that, she spent her career with CA Technologies where she held an array of HR positions and was responsible for creating and executing holistic talent strategies that enabled positive business outcomes.

Alicia hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
